Price data source
All card prices on this platform are derived from real Asia (Japan) marketplace actual sales history, converted in real time for the single-unit size (1 box / 1 pack). They are for reference only — not CardBase valuations or guarantees, and are subject to market volatility. For graded prices, only PSA 10 has dense sales data; PSA 1–9, BGS, CGC, SGC, ARS, TAG and HGA, and raw cards are sparse to none. When that is the case we show an explicit "no data" badge and never silently fall back to another grade's price.

- Refusal to meet in person or to allow inspection
- Requests to use an unsafe payment method

Limitation of Platform liability
- The authenticity, quality or safety of goods
- Fraud or breach of contract by sellers
- Payment problems on the part of buyers
- Transaction disputes or losses
- Problems with third-party services (logistics, payment)
- Force majeure (natural disasters, war, acts of government)
- Unlawful conduct by users
In no event shall the Platform's liability exceed HK$1,000 or the amount of the relevant transaction, whichever is lower
User responsibilities
- Judge the authenticity and value of goods yourself
- Bear the transaction risk yourself
- Comply with Hong Kong law
- Not sell prohibited items
- Not engage in fraud or money laundering
- Keep your account and password secure
Negotiation
- Buyers and sellers should first seek to resolve matters between themselves
- The Platform may offer mediation assistance (but does not guarantee success)
- The Platform is not an arbitration body
Reporting to the police
In any of the following situations, report to the police immediately (999):
- Fraud
- Threats or intimidation
- Personal safety being threatened
- Sale of prohibited items
Legal avenues
- You may file a claim with the Small Claims Tribunal (≤ HK$75,000)
- Or bring proceedings in the District Court or the High Court
- The Platform is governed by Hong Kong law
